The Singapore Visa:

Indian Nationals need a visa to enter Singapore. Holders of diplomatic, official and service passports do not need a visa for entry to Singapore.

Basic Documents Required for Singapore Visa:

Tourism / Family Visit:
  • Valid Passports (Valid + Expired) issued within the previous 10 years and valid for at least 6 months after the date you intend to leave the Singapore. Any passports with observations are not acceptable
  • Return Air Ticket
  • Stay Confirmation / Hotel Bookings
  • Photographs (2 copies of 35X45mm, white background, 80% face covered, dark clothes, without specs & no smile. Ears should be visible)
  • Personal Bank Statement for last 6 months with minimum Rs 50,000 closing balance per person
  • Personal ITR for last 3 years
  • Occupation Proof: if salaried then last 3 months salary slips , if retired then documents, if any with retirement proof, if self-employed then GST copy of all 3 pages of the business
  • In case of Family / Friend visit: Invitation letter V 39 A filled and signed by applicant along with invitee’s documents like passport copy , Singapore pass copy (both sides) along with residence proof
  • Covering letter from applicant on plain paper with signature , if self employed, then on business letter head with seal and signature
Business Visit / Conference or Exhibition Visa:
  • Valid Passports (Valid + Expired) issued within the previous 10 years and valid for at least 6 months after the date you intend to leave the Singapore. Any passports with observations are not acceptable
  • Return Air Ticket
  • Stay Confirmation / Hotel Bookings
  • Photographs (2 copies of 35X45mm, white background, 80% face covered, dark clothes, without specs & no smile. Ears should be visible)

Please be informed that after we submit the online visa application, the authorized agent will contact the applicant directly via their personal WhatsApp number for a video confirmation call. You need to be available for the same and after the video confirmation call is done, the process will begin for the visa processing.

Who Needs to Submit:

All travellers are required to submit the SG Arrival Card with Electronic Health Declaration before arriving in Singapore, except:

  • Those transiting/transferring through Singapore without seeking immigration clearance; and
  • Residents (Singapore citizens, Permanent Residents, Long-Term Pass holders*) travelling through Woodlands and Tuas Checkpoints

*Long-Term Pass holders include holders of Student’s Pass, Dependant’s Pass, Long-Term Visit Pass and Work Pass

As part of the SG Arrival Card (SGAC) submission, you are required to submit the electronic health declaration for purposes of disease control, specifically to guard against importing diseases of concern, to protect the health of Singapore residents. Those who make false declarations may be prosecuted under the Infectious Diseases Act.

When to Submit:

You are required to submit the SGAC within three (3) days (including the day of arrival) before arrival in Singapore.* This is to avoid unnecessary delays during immigration clearance upon your arrival.

*For example, if you are arriving in Singapore on 30 Oct 2026, you can submit your declaration from 28 Oct 2026 onwards.

Do I need any entry visa to go to Singapore ?Open or Close

Unless you are a visa-exempt national, you will need a Singapore visit visa to travel to Singapore.

How can I get a Singapore Visitor Visa for Indians?Open or Close

The Singapore High Commission does not accept any walk-in applications. All applications need to be submitted to Authorised Visa Agents and Strategic Partners only. On successful submission of your Singapore visa application, the Authorised agent will share your Singapore visa approval copy via email in the stipulated timeframe.

SG Arrival Card (SGAC):

What is SGAC?Open or Close

The SG Arrival Card is the electronic version of the paper disembarkation/embarkation (DE) card (or commonly known as the white card) that foreign visitors are required to submit upon arrival in Singapore for immigration clearance. From 27 March 2020, ICA will discontinue the use of paper DE card and all travellers will have to provide their arrival information via the SG Arrival Card e-Service or the MyICA Mobile app instead.

I am visiting Singapore for leisure travel/holiday; do I need to submit SG Arrival Card?Open or Close

The “Group Submission” is meant for a group of persons who are travelling to Singapore together for one trip.

Your health declaration should be submitted together with the SGAC found in this e-Service or when submitted via the MyICA Mobile app.

You should update your health status via the "Update SGAC" feature on the SG Arrival Card e-Service. It is an offence to submit a false declaration. Those who make false declarations may be prosecuted under the Infectious Diseases Act.

    Mr. Abhijeet Jagdale
    Abhijit started his career with Odyssey in 2006 after completing his Diploma in Travel and Tourism as well as IATA Consultant level. He started Odyssey’s visa department and now manages a team focused on handling our clients visa and overseas travel insurance requirements. He is a warehouse of information on all things visa related and is amazingly quick at his work. He works very well under stress, which in the visa department is often! This also makes him the best man for the job. His hobbies include playing cricket, travelling, music and dancing.

    Mr. Sahil Shaikh
    Sahil completed his Diploma in Travel and Tourism and has also obtained a degree in B.Voc. Travel & Tourism. Sahil joined Odyssey in 2022 working in the CruiseBay team as a cruise consultant. After two years, he joined the documentation team and he is the point of contact for all Schengen, Australia and Canada visas. His hobbies include travelling, driving, and learning about new destinations where he done specialist courses for more than 32 countries! And he now wants to travel to them all and experience them first hand.

    Nilesh has over 13 years of work experience in the travel industry including over 7 years with Odyssey. He manages the passport department and handles all passport related matters for our clients. Nilesh is the ‘chuppa rustum’ of the team – a silent, diligent worker in the office who transforms into a dude outside of it.

    Mr. Tanmeet Singh
    Tanmeet started his career with Odyssey over 10 years ago in 2002 while he was pursuing his Hospitality and Tourism course. He worked with Abhijit in the visa team for two years and then moved on to complete his degree and diploma. He worked in the hospitality industry for a few years and is now back in Odyssey in the visa department. Tanmeet loves baking & cooking and going on long drives (or rides). His other hobbies are listening to music and playing football.

    Sourabh is the youngest member of our team and had started his career with Odyssey in December 2018 after completing his Diploma in Travel and Tourism. He is a part of the visa team and handles USA visas, other online visas and overseas travel insurance for clients. He loves photography and he is the official photographer at all Odyssey events. He loves pets and is also fond of dancing and travelling.

    Siddharth is from Nashik and completed his B.Sc. in Agriculture. With a keen interest to join the travel and tourism industry, he pursued a visa processing course and joined Odyssey in Feb 2025 where he currently works as a Visa Consultant. Siddharth is a highly motivated team member who enjoys taking on challenging responsibilities and continuously improving his skills. Outside of work, he enjoys playing cricket, listening to music, and is a pet lover, especially fond of dogs.

    Smita completed her MBA in Finance through distance learning from Jain (Deemed-to-be University). She holds a certification in Aviation, Travel Management, and Hospitality and started her career in airport services with IndiGo. She joined Odyssey’s documentation team and handles the overseas travel insurance requirements for our clients. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends. She has also learned Indian classical music, which is something she really enjoys, and also likes watching informative podcasts.
