Payment Terms

• A deposit of Rs. 30000 per person is required at the time of booking.
• Balance is payable 60 days prior to start of the tour.

Changes & Cancellation:
The tour operator can make changes to the itinerary, accommodation, transportation, or other elements of the package to suit any local changes.

Cancellation Terms:

• If you have a room partner who cancels, you will be required to pay the single supplement, if applicable.
• Any cancellations made more than 50 days prior to the start of the trip will be entitled to a full refund, less Rs. 10000 service fees.
• Any cancellations made within 50 - 45 days prior to the start of the trip will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the tour cost.
• Any cancellations made within 45 days of travel will not be eligible for any refund.

Please Note

• The cost is based on a minimum of 11 guests travelling together.
• We retain the right to change the schedule and itinerary. In case of unforeseen circumstances, we may have to reschedule some of the tours.
• The activities cannot be guaranteed, rescheduled, or refunded on late arrival at the agreed meeting points.
• The vehicles for the transfers are arranged based on one big piece of luggage and one small piece of luggage per person as the baggage limit.
