COMO Hotels and Resorts’ second beautiful Bhutan lodge is Uma Punakha. This stunning luxury boutique lodge overlooks  the magnificent Punakha Valley, lush-green paddy fields and the rolling forested mountains beyond. It is cozy and intimate, set in the thick wilderness for the ultimate relaxing getaway and a fantastic base for adventurers; hiking, white water rafting and cycling are all activities available through Uma.

Service & Amenities

Uma Punakha has nine hillside Valley View rooms, one One-Bedroom Villa and one two-bedroom COMO Villa. Each of them has wood-burning stoves, hand-painted murals and amazing views over the valley
The Uma Punakha has a restaurant, Bukhari, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner with options to eat outside on the terrace with spectacular views. The Como Shambhala Retreat has one double treatment room and a single treatment room, and a hot-stone bath. There is complimentary WiFi throughout the hotel, laundry and pressing services and babysitting is available upon request.
