Each hotel package in the AEGP offered by Odyssey Tours and Travels has different validity periods. Please check the ''Offer details'' link which has the details of each hotel package and the validity period which is till 31st Mar 2023 (unless specified in the hotel briefing document). Some hotels have black-out periods which is clearly stated in the briefing document for each hotel.
The voucher needs to be redeemed / utilised before the validity expires i.e. the holiday stay has to be completed before the expiry date mentioned on the voucher. Since your voucher is valid for one year from the date of issue and if you intend to travel outside of the validity of the current hotel packages, please keep checking this website which will be regularly updated with new hotel packages having new validity periods.

Cancellation Policy: Each and every hotel has different cancellation policy. However we have mentioned the standard cancellation policy in terms and conditions i.e.01 night retention will be charged for cancellation upto 07 days of check-in date. Cancellation policy may differ at the time of cancellation.
If a cancellation is made within 7 days of if there is a no-show at the hotel, the cancellation charge is 100% and the voucher will be considered void and cannot be used for any alternate date
