Flyers to get list of Covid-19 protocols checklist with tickets
The DGCA has directed all airlines to provide passengers with an e-copy of the Covid protocols that must be meticulously followed at airports during arrival and departure, and inflight during the journey.
The pandemic-time travel protocols emphasize on physical distancing and wearing masks properly at all times including frequent boarding-gate and onboard announcements. Airlines have to ensure strict compliance and passengers are to made aware of the consequences of willfully violating the protocols which includes getting onto the ‘no fly’ list between 3 months and 2 years depending on the seriousness of the violation.
