Day 1 Delhi – Corbett (approx. 300 kms)

Depart Delhi for Corbett by surface. On arrival check in at the resort booked for you

This park is named after the famous hunter – naturalist Jim Corbett. The park spans across some 920.9 square km at an altitude of 600 to 1100 metres about the foothills of the western Himalayas in the districts of Nainital and Pauri Garhwal in the state of Uttaranchal The national park offers invaluable experiences for adventurous and serious-minded wildlife-buffs, photographers and anglers. It is advantageous to have one's own vehicle here. Walking in some areas is permitted, but only when accompanied by a guide.

Day 2 In Corbett

Early morning enjoy a jeep Safari in the National Park (own cost). If you are lucky, you can sight tigers, elephants, deer, monkeys and host of bird species. You may also go for the afternoon Safari if you wish to do so. Rest of the day will be at leisure. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 3 Corbett – Ranikhet (approx. 95 kms)

Enjoy an early morning Safari once again. Later return to the hotel for breakfast. After check out proceed to Ranikhet for a stay of 2 nights. On arrival in Ranikhet check in at the resort booked for you

Ranikhet, quietly ensconced amidst pine trees with a charming background of the snow clad Himalaya, has a breathtaking scenic beauty. Blessed with a healthy climate, its magnetic charm attracts tourists all the year round. It is a haven for bird watchers and visitors who wish to spend their holidays in solitude.
Ranikhet is a place, which has preserved its virginity and pristine charm. The sweep of Himalayan range visible from here is arguably the largest available from any place. It is a pure heaven 6000 feet above the sea level, away from the bustling lifestyle of city life.

Later proceed for a half-day sight seeing tour of Ranikhet visiting the Chaubatia Gardens , Kalika Estate and golf course. Drive past the Kumaon Regiment Centre. Evening will be at your leisure. Overnight at the hotel

Day 5 Ranikhet – Kausani (approx. 78 kms)

This morning after breakfast proceed for Kausani by surface. On arrival check in at your hotel arranged for you.

Standing 1890 mts above the sea level, Kausani is nature's own reserve. Even the father of the nation Mahatma Gandhi had contemplated on the beauty of this region.
Several snow-capped peaks stand in a stately row, over 300 kms in length, shining against azure sky making the horizon as seen from Kausuni an evitable spectacle. The glory of the snow-crowned Himalayan range reaches its pinnacle when the sun rays turn them into crimson gold. Mahatma Gandhi who spent 12 days in 1929 at Kausani penned his memorable commentary on Gita- Ana-Shakti Yoga inspired by the scenic beauty of this richly gifted spot and found it more bewitching than Switzerland and even wrote poetic prose about Kausani in his publication "Young India". Kausani is an ideal for those who seek escape from the din and dust, hustle and bustle of the big cities

Later in the afternoon visit the Baijnath Temples. Evening at leisure or free to enjoy the walks on the woods and enjoy the famous Himalayan Panorama. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 7 Kausani – Nainital (approx. 120 kms)

Wake up early in the morning to witness the spectacular view of sunrise over the Himalayas . Later check out and depart for Nainital by surface. Enroute halt at Kainchi Dham to pay homage at the temple. On arrival in Nainital, transfer to the hotel arranged for you

Placed around a picturesque lake, Nayana Tal, at a height of 1940 m above sea level, is one of the most sought after hill resorts in India , Nainital. Encircled by seven hills, this resort was the erstwhile summer capital of the Uttar Pradesh government. It was, only in 1839, that the lake and its surrounding area was discovered by an English traveller. Its quaint cottages, colourful markets, the sylvan landscape and the charming lake at the very heart of it, make Nainital a delightful haven to escape to, from the dreariness of everyday urban life.

Rest of the day will be at your leisure or you can enjoy a boat ride on Naini Lake (on own). Overnight at the hotel.

Day 8 In Nainital

This morning after breakfast depart for a half day excursion of the Lake tour visiting Sattal/ Bhimtal & Naukuchiatal.

In the afternoon, enjoy a Cable Car ride (on own) till the Snow View point. Evening at leisure or time free to stroll on the Tibetan Mala Bazaar and visit the Naina Devi Temple . Overnight at the hotel.

Day 9 Nainital- Delhi

This morning check out of the hotel. Travel to Delhi for your onward flight or the railway station to board your train for your onward journey
