The Dune Village is a 30 acre eco-friendly beach hotel with aesthetic bungalows, villas, swimming pool, tennis court, sea boating and 700m of sea front. The beach bungalows are uniquely designed and are known for their commitment to reduce the impact on the environment. They are partly using reclaimed building material from South Indian Colonial houses and Chettinad palaces. They are mostly equipped with Solar hot water system.

Not all the accommodation have air conditioning for environmental reasons and they have most of the time a refreshing sea breeze. Each thematic bungalow is of a different inspiration, furniture, size, facility and enjoys the privacy of its own garden.
