Terms and Conditions:

•  There will be no entry fee to participate in this promotion.

•  This promotion is open to all Indian nationals and foreign nationals with Indian resident permits

•  The Promotion will be for a period of 40 days commencing from 6 th April '08 and ending on 15 th May 2008 at 18.00 hours.

•  To participate in the promotion, the participant must answer the three questions, complete the slogan and email the answers along with the participant's name to info@uniglobeodysseytravel.com

•  Only completed entries as stated in point 4 and received on or before 1800 hrs on 15 th May ‘08 will be considered for the prizes

•  Only one entry per participant will be considered valid

•  In the event of multiple correct entries, the winner of the free 3 nights / 4 days holiday package at the Lemon Tree Amarante Goa as well as the consolation prizes will be decided based on the slogans

•  A Committee of Judges appointed by Odyssey will scrutinize the slogans select the best slogans out of the valid entries received

•  The decision of the Committee shall be final in all matters concerning the promotion and no correspondence of whatsoever nature will be entertained by Odyssey in this regard.

•  It is assumed that the terms and conditions have been read and understood by the participant when the entry is emailed to info@uniglobeodysseytravel.com

•  The name of the winners will be declared after completion of the promotion period and the winners will be informed by the email provided.

•  The participants who are declared winners under the promotion will have to contact Odyssey (by phone / email / fax / registered letter) within two weeks of sending the email confirming their acceptance of the prize. If the winners do not respond to the winning email within two weeks of the email being sent, the next best slogans will be selected by the committee of judges and new winners will be declared.

•  No claim of whatsoever nature shall be entertained if after announcing the results of the Promotion if the winner fails to collect the prize on the date and time stipulated by Odyssey

•  The free holiday package at Lemon Tree Amarante Goa is for 3 nights / 4 days for two people and includes accommodation in a plaza / pavilion room, buffet American breakfast (3 breakfasts), AC Dabolim airport transfers, 10% discount on food and beverage, free usage of swimming pool, fitness center and kiddies 'activity' center, 2 bottles of mineral water replenished daily, Complimentary bottle of wine in room (on arrival), All government taxes as applicable

•  The winner will have to make his / her own arrangements for travel from and to Goa and any other expenses including extra expenses incurred at the resort that is not specifically mentioned in point No 13

•  Odyssey shall be responsible for any accident, incident or omission in or during the stay.

•  The Free holiday package has to be utilized between 1 st June – 30 th September 2008 only and bookings are subject to availability at the time of booking. Under no circumstances can the validity be extended beyond 30 th September '08 and the free holiday offer will stand forfeited.

•  Odyssey reserves their right to suspend, cancel or modify the promotion at any time.

•  No cash or compensation shall be paid or given in lieu of the prizes.

•  Pune Courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
