The restaurant on the 17th floor is a lounge that offers 360-degree views of Tokyo. Its garden is around 400 years old and has 10 acres of greenery with a pond stocked with koi and a waterfall at the center. New Hotel Otani was featured in the James Bond film, "You Only Live Twice".
